These terms govern your use of MeshBeaver ("the app"), an iOS and macOS app published by Bleeky ("we", "us"). By downloading or using MeshBeaver you agree to these terms.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use MeshBeaver on devices you own or control, as further governed by Apple's standard App Store EULA. You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or resell the app.
You retain full ownership of any photos, scans, and 3D models you create with MeshBeaver. The app does not upload your content anywhere; it stays on your device.
MeshBeaver offers an optional in-app subscription called "MeshBeaver Pro" in three tiers:
Auto-renewal terms (Apple-required disclosure): Payment will be charged to your iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the renewal price shown in the App Store at the time of renewal. You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active period.
Refunds: All refunds are handled by Apple. To request a refund, follow Apple's standard process at reportaproblem.apple.com.
MeshBeaver is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. Photogrammetric reconstruction is an inherently approximate process and we make no guarantees about the quality, accuracy, or usability of any output.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Bleeky be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of MeshBeaver. Our total liability for any claim related to the app is limited to the amount you paid us for it (typically zero, or the most recent subscription payment).
We may update these terms occasionally. If we do, we'll bump the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify users inside the app.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws provisions.
